Production data collection
The production data collection turns production and costs transparent. The p.d.c. is simple to use, fast and replaces the writing of time-consuming daily dockets. Input errors are reduced to a minimum by presetting available data. Assigning tasks for planned orders is as simple as selecting the task from a list. The registered data is automatically transfered into the production planning tool hd-dispoNT and available at any time. This allows you to be informed about the status of your orders, the machine utilization and material usage in real time.
Setup times, runtimes, downtimes and disruptions are documented. All generated data is transfered to the postcalculation.
